Venue Hire

Our clubhouse is available for hire for corporate, private, fundraising, and other functions. Catering is available on request.

Hall hire can be booked by phoning either of the club numbers.

We can include a game of “barefoot bowls” with the hall hire if required.

We pride ourselves as being an affordable venue for budget conscious groups and organisations wanting to hold small conferences, parties and functions. We are here to help with all functions.

We have a fully licensed and functioning bar. We have accredited bar staff that hold “responsible service of alcohol” (R.S.A.) certificates.

We have “EFTPOS” available.

Several sporting, recreational clubs and organisations use our clubhouse to hold functions and fundraising events.

We are truly a community-minded organisation willing and able to support and give to the community in the Lockyer Valley.

Visiting bowlers, their friends and relatives are more than welcome to join in the fun and activities of our club.

We have reciprocal visits from the following clubs, Gatton, Lowood, Esk, Rosewood, Amberley and North Ipswich bowls clubs for the “pub day circuit” competition.

We also participate in the DOWNS DISTRICT annual pennants and 7’s competitions.

We have twice yearly visits from visiting bowling organisations such as the MASTER BUILDERS bowling club and the RETIRED FIRIES social bowling club along with other likeminded clubs and associations.

Our clubhouse is airconditioned and disability friendly with access ramps and disability toilets.

We have a fully functioning kitchen equipped with gas and electric stove, cups, plates, cutlery, and sundry food preparation equipment. We also have a large outdoor BAR-B-Q area adjacent to the green and clubhouse.

We have seating for up to 90/100 people.
